Show a Link to Reusable Blocks in WordPress Admin Menu

Reusable blocks let you create common or repeated sections of content to insert into new posts or pages. By default, WordPress doesn’t have a way to navigate and edit reusable blocks outside of the single post editing experience.

This recipe adds a new menu item in the WordPress admin sidebar for “Reusable Blocks”. The interface resembles any list of posts or pages you can edit. Just know that if you do edit a block in this list, the update changes every place the block is already inserted into your posts or pages.
